I have kindle paperwhite tenth gen, and i want to share my with my girlfriend. We oft read the same books simultaneously, so there is a problem with folio counters and bookmarks. It at that place an pick how to fix multiple users to one kindle device to read the same books?
every bit i understood user's guide, it allows to setup multiple amazon accounts and so to combine theirs libraries. If we want to read the same books, we need to accept this volume on both of our accounts, and it actually confuses me

Nope - one device, ane account, one user. It has no way to differentiate who's reading.
All y'all could do is log out to switch signed in user, just that would wipe the device and resync every time, then not really what you lot desire.

What is the purpose of that feature? Like if i desire to read some book from my girlfriends account, she can share her purchases with me, then i can read books that were bought by her? Merely as for kindle, i am the only owner and user of the device?
